worry they’ll learn to be strong.
If you don’t want to mingle in the crowd, stand apart, don’t
worry; they’ll learn the differences.
If you don’t want to be someone’s strength, confess to them,
don’t worry; they’ll stand on their own.
If you can’t give them hope, don’t give them false hopes,
don’t worry; they’ll learn to sail their own ship.
Because of all the things, no one deserves to be given false
hopes. The fast they take you on heights, the faster they tear you down.
